Feeding Program
In Haiti, women with little children, who need help the most, are invited to come once a week to the Childcare centre where they receive a ration of rice, beans and cooking oil. It will be enough to sustain their family for one week.
In Peru we support 136 breakfast centres that are mostly associated with local churches. Starting at 2:00am each morning 632 volunteers prepare 64 huge pots of the hot milk drink. The number of children who are enrolled in the breakfast program is 11,512. They receive bread rolls baked with rye flour, as well as vitamin enriched hot milk drink.
In the Philippines, we provide groceries for families that live in the six islands near Cebu City. Each of these packs contains nutritional food staple to that country. Our pastor who is in charge of the program is also responsible for the spiritual needs of the family enrolled in the program.
